The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but HAVAL GRILL, as the operator of the haval_dubai Instagram account (@haval_dubai) (in short: "Organizer"). The information provided will be used solely for the Sweepstakes. Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible under the conditions listed here. 3. The competition begins from publication and ends on 24.07.2021 at 23:59 and all participants who have not participated in this period will not be considered.

4. The Gifts are:

• 1st to 6th place: will each receive Playstation 5 with an original autograph from the Baba of all Babas (XATAR) within 14 working days.
• 7th and 10th place: will each receive Apple Airpods pro within 14 business days.
• 11th to 20th place: will each receive a voucher of 50 Euros / 200 AED for our Haval Grill branch in Dubai.

5. Pictures that violate the Instagram guidelines, our netiquette and / or copyright will be removed after knowledge without notice. The participant is thus excluded from the raffle.

6. The raffle of the prize takes place after the end of the implementation period under exclusion of the public.

7. Participation in the raffle requires a picture on the topic "Xatar Haval International" to this raffle.

8. The winner will be informed via the direct message function of Instagram on Instagram. Winner must send their contact number and address details via "Direct Message" to the Haval_Dubai Instagram page or via email to info@havalgrilldubai.com within three business days (from notification of win).

9. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within this time, their claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. A replacement winner will then be determined following the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
